The City of North Bend has recently provided an updated constructiion map showing status of the Tanner-Trucktown ULID #6 sewer expansion project that includes Wood River. Wood River features 109 large and imaginatively designed Craftsman-style homes constructed by Conner Development between 1994 and 1997. All are situated on wooded, near-acre sites in a spectacular setting at the base of the Cascade mountains in the Snoqualmie valley.
Our community is backed by the Snoqualmie River’s middle fork and Mt. Si, with a private community trail system that circles the neighborhood. Quick access to Interstate Highway 90 provides residents with true country living within easy reach of the Seattle metro area’s urban amenities. Its a combination not easily found in today’s marketplace.
